Popok's work above was exhibited from 4 Nov. 2001 - 3 Feb. 2002 in an illuminated billboard on Berlin's Alexanderplatz. This billboard-gallery called "Denkzeichen
4. November 1989" (Memory Marker to the 4th of November 1989) was a project run by
Pat Binder and Gerhard Haupt of Universes in Universe (1999 - 2003) to commemorate the largest rally of the democracy movement in East Germany.
